Name (Full): Sara Jane House: Ravenclaw Quidditch Position: Beater. Express your strengths in Quidditch and why you should be a member of your Quidditch team in 100 words. Well, as you can see, I’m applying for the position of beater. I believe that I would make a good Quidditch player, overall, because I am very competitive…I always want to win and beast everyone else. On a smaller scale, I would make a good beater for several reasons. I can be extremely aggressive if the need arrives, and due to my competitiveness, when threatened with loosing, that aggressive manner is bound to show. I’m a hard worker, and although I’m afraid of heights, as long as I’m occupied I’m okay. Also, it can’t hurt that I don’t exactly have anything against hitting things.
(Okay, so it's 104 words, sorry!)

Name (Full): Samantha Joseph House: Ravenclaw Quidditch Position: Chaser I think I should be a chaser because I'm very competive, I hate losing and I try my hardest to make sure we win. Also, I like working with other people, so it would be fun for me to work with two other students as chasers. I love speed, so I can get to the goals quickly and I have fairly good aim to make a goal, though I'm best at passing.

Name (Full): Charlotte Dyson House: Ravenclaw Quidditch Position: Chaser Express your strengths in Quidditch and why you should be a member of your Quidditch team in 100 words. I think I should be a chaser because I have been playing since I was about 3 and have a very good concept of the game. I have quite a good aim and fairly good at passing. I love being on a team and being around other people. I love playing and I love winning even more.

Name (Full): Rachel Lynne House: Ravenclaw Quidditch Position: Seeker Express your strengths in Quidditch and why you should be a member of your Quidditch team in 100 words: I've been playing and following Quidditch my entire life- Mom couldn't get me off of my big sister's broom when I was little. I'm competetive and not scared of a challenge, or a few scrapes (or broken bones.) I'm small and pretty agile, have a fast eye and a ready grip. And I would love to help our house win the championship for the first time in years.

Express your strengths in Quidditch and why you should be a member of your Quidditch team in 100 words.
In the good old days when I played soccer with the local Muggles, I was very good at working together with my other forwards and mid-fielders, passing the ball back and forth and working as a unit to get the job done. I'm hard-working and dedicated and I have pretty good aim when it comes to throwing things. As for Quidditch, my brothers always made me Chase for them to work on either their Keeping or Chasing skills. They taught me quite a few tricks of the trade, and I think I'd be an asset to our team!

Name (Full): Knianna Grimm House: Ravenclaw Quidditch Position: Keeper I grew up in a muggle enviroment, playing field hockey and soccer (I'm American, so sue me.) I was always the goalie. I love math (I'm such a Ravenclaw. wow.) and use geometry to calculate where the quaffle will go, so that I can stop it. I would also be a good asset to the team because I'm very optimistic. Cheer-you-up, glass-half-full kind of attitude. It's good for keeping people around me happy :-D

Name (Full): Stephanie Marang (Nerd Fighter!) House: Ravenclaw Quidditch Position: Beater. Express your strengths in Quidditch and why you should be a member of your Quidditch team in 100 words: I believe that I would make a fantastic Beater! Besides being a know-it-all, I love competition. I work well under stress and adrenaline, thus being perfect for a Beater. Aside from being an environmentalist, beating bludgers is a fantastic pastime of mine. I have quick reflexes and I’m a caring person… well to the people I care about. I don’t have a problem getting dirty or anything like that. Plus, I’m a skilled flyer of sorts. I’m perfect for the position of Beater. My only flaw for the position is that I’m not the strongest, but trust me, that won’t get in the way.
104 words :/ Sorry!

Actually, you weren't over count. In a word-count, yu don't count words such as 'the', 'and', 'a', 'I', etc. That's a tool to take to university with you. You wouldn't want to be writing a 130,000 word discertition and be 50,00 words under because you counted the wrong words.

Name: Molly Brotherton (wiltingroses08) House: Ravenclaw Position: Seeker Express your strengths in Quidditch and why you would make a good player in 100 words: I am extremely competitive and have very sharp eye-sight. I've been flying since I was very little, starting with the training broom my father got me for my third birthday, and working my way up my older siblings' brooms. I have quick reflexes and a good grip, making it easier to dodge bludgers and other players, as well as to weave in and out of the game in search of the Snitch. I'm not afraid to get hurt, and would love to help Ravenclaw win!
