This again is obvious. You start with a word, then you say the opposite. Then you write another word for the next person to use.
Eg:
1 - Harry Potter
2 - Opposite - Voldemort.
2 - Expelliarmus
3 - Opp - Accio
3 - broomstick
(They don't have to be Harry Potter related, but bear in mind that this is a HP forum).
