Defence Against the Dark Arts - Introduction
Welcome to a new year of Defence Against the Dark Arts. So many things to learn, so many points to award and so many spells to teach.
My name is Professor E. J. Merrythought and I shall be your teacher.
Defence Against the Dark Arts is self-explanatory, it is to instruct you how to handle yourself when faced against the Dark Arts.
Now, during the first semeser we will concentrate on jinxes and counter-jinxes. This year we will only learn basic defense and passive offence spells that are compusary for you to learn, we will dabble into more complex and interesting spells later in your cirriculum.
All lesson criteria during this year shall be adapted from "The Dangerous, Dark and Dreadful" by Harrison Bugil
So have fun learnng and I hope to see you in class!
