Yep, slash is allowed. As long as Dumbledore is present at least once in your fic, you can have whatever characters, whatever pairing you like.

I'm sorry, but i am just a little confused. So we must write a fanfiction where just the theme s redemption? It doesn't have to be a specific plot line? Sorry if these questions are stupid.

Your question is not at all stupid.
Basically your plot must involve someone being saved, hence the theme redemption. So, you can use any pairing, or no pairing; you can write about whoever, and whatever you like, as long as someone is redeemed.

Dumbledore must be present in the fanfiction, since that is the requirement, whether it is in flashbacks or otherwise, he has to be present at least in one part of it.

In otherwords, yes. However, he has to appear alive at one point. I hate to admit it (seeing as it was Raye's idea), but the idea of memories or flashbacks is a good way of keeping with the guidelines if you want Dumbledore to be dea in your entry.

With the perspectives of first person and third person omnipresent, that would be all right. Otherwise, I don't think that it would really... fit. It just has to be in the story, somewhere.
